Unlike Apple, which communicates a unified message, Microsoft relies on a diverse set of partners to develop and market its Artificial Intelligence innovations. This can result in fragmented messaging, leaving end-users uncertain about the full value of Artificial Intelligence solutions. While working with multiple OEMs allows for diverse and customized solutions, it also creates challenges in maintaining a consistent narrative about the benefits of Artificial Intelligence.
